Raised on a coffee plantation, Eli's life has always been intertwined with coffee. Now, as he raises his children on the family farm, Eli is eager to impart his wealth of knowledge to the next generation. Embracing innovation and experimental processing, he looks forward to adopting new methodologies for enhanced quality, continuing the family’s legacy of producing distinct and premium coffee.

Eli finds coffee farming both rewarding and challenging, dedicating significant time and resources to nurture healthy coffee plants without taking shortcuts. His commitment extends to environmentally conscious practices, such as chemical-free weeding and the use of organic fertilizers like coffee pulp. And, notably, he savors at least three cups of coffee each day, a testament to his unwavering love for the beverage that has shaped his life.
