Same coffee - new label We viewed the launch of our Night Owl Coffee - our first darker roast -as an opportunity for us to also support artists. Each quarter of the year, we will offer this coffee under a new label, with proceeds of the sales supporting the artist.

Now back to the coffee. You’ve asked (for years), and we have finally answered. We experimented and found that our beloved Tingo Maria coffee from Peru can withstand heat and offers an indulgent cup when roasted to the darkest side on the medium roast scale. When testing this bean on our S35 Loring machine, we found the profile that brings out the nice bold flavors of a darker roast without compromising the integrity and quality of the coffee we work so hard to source. Bursting with flavors of dark chocolate, brown butter, and toffee, we cannot wait to hear what you think!
