Introducing Rwanda Huye Mountain Natural, a vibrant seasonal release produced by David Rubanzangabo and the Huye Mountain Washing Station in Rwanda’s Southern Province. Grown between 1600 and 2200 meters above sea level, and sourced from our partners at Covoya, this Bourbon variety showcases the bright fruit character and sweetness that have made Huye Mountain coffees so celebrated.
Processed naturally, the coffee is made from carefully selected cherries that are dried slowly on raised beds for several weeks, developing deep fruit complexity while maintaining clarity and balance in the cup.
Rwanda Huye Mountain opens with notes of blackberry and fresh summer berries, followed by layers of sage, chocolate sweetness, and a smooth medium body. Juicy and expressive, yet grounded in structure, it’s a coffee that shines equally well as a filter brew or espresso and captures the care behind every step of its production.
