colombia: pink bourbon

In the verdant hills of Huila, Colombia, a remarkable coffee variety called Pink Bourbon thrives. Legend tells of its origins, a fortuitous blend of Red and Yellow Bourbon, yielding its unique pink hue. Pink Bourbon is a testament to the synergy between nature's bounty and the dedication of passionate coffee cultivators. We know you will be wowwed by the tasty notes of sweet tea, cherry, and almond.

Rwanda Gitega Hills

In the beautiful hills of southern Rwanda, sits Gitega Hills, the first in the area to offer a wetmill. Visionary, Bernard Uwitije, foresaw the need to install a wetmill in order to grant those in his community more access to the premium prices of specialty coffee. The success of Gitega Hills is well known, and he has since build an additional 2 wet mills in the community, where he continues to offer farmers access to both the wet processing and natural processing methods.

Our offering from the Gitega Hills station is a naturally processed beautiful coffee. We just know you will love the bright notes of kiwi, strawberry, & honeysuckle.

eli acosta:Honduras

He was raised in a coffee producing family, and now, as he raises his children on the family farm, Eli is imparting his wealth of knowledge to the next generation. Our roast of his incredible coffee brings out notes of jasmine, orange, and brown sugar.

Burundi Bavyeyi

This is the 4th year we have brought in this tremendous coffee from Burundi. Defying the impossible, it seemingly gets better each year! Our roast brings out fruity notes of  pomegranate, golden raisin, lime zest.
